Good morning,

I would like to request for a copy of the Printable Bid Notice Abstract of Boracay Circumferential Road located in the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) website. Although it is a public document, there have been errors on the site so I was unable to access such. This is purely for research purposes for a legal opinion I am currently working on.
