Good afternoon po!

May I inquire if a single year contracting authority or other equivalent is still required for government procurement projects that:

(1) have a duration of one year or less; and 
(2) that crosses over another fiscal year, 

in consideration of the new law allowing the two-year extension of budget under the general provisions of the General Appropriations Act?
