Hello! 

I am a COA Auditor right now and assigned to one of the DOH Hospital as part of the resident audit team. 

In line with my duties, I have been in contact with the PhilGEPS Agency Team for several weeks now, sending emails back and forth but there is still no progress as to my request.

I would like to request a clear guideline on how government agencies will create an auditor account that can be used by COA Auditors assigned to them. The BAC Team/PhilGEPS Administrator in the hospital where I am assigned was not helpful with my request since they do not know how to create one.
