Hi!

I would like to request a validation on my vaccination. I requested my vax  online in your website but it shows that I no record found in my 2nd dose.

I have my vax card with first dose, 2nd dose and 1st dose of booster. However when checking it on your websit vaxcert.doh.gov.ph No record found in my 2nd dose.  Only 1st dose and 1st booster dose show. I badly needed it asap since I apply to work in abroad.

Is this request offensive?
