I am writing to request a copy or sample of schedule and activity flow of culinary related courses/classes such as:

1. short courses (basic bread making)
2. bread and pastry production NC II
3. commercial cooking NC III, IV
4. COOKERY NC II

and the average tuition fee per course if available

you can contact me here if you need my recommendation letter from my school for proof of request.
