Hi, I would like to request the guidelines or step-by-step procedures on responding on a motorcycle-related incident. We have already tried to request on one of the emergency team of a Local Government here in NCR but they said that the guidelines are provided by TESDA.

We need this for our research paper and we would appreciate if you provide this. We just need the guidelines or step-by-step procedures on a motorcycle-related emergency.
