Hi, I would like to request a Certificate of English as a Medium of Instructions as it is required for a student visa in Canada.

School attended: EMMANUEL JOHN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (EJIST)
Course: MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 

I was Attempted to request the Certificate of English as a Medium of Instructions but the School was consistently DENIED my request because of their so much personal reasons like they don't provide that kind of Certificate, etc.

Can i request for that said document to TESDA? Urgently needed.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not offer Management in Information Technology as part of the Qualification subject for accreditation for Technical Vocation Education.
