Hi, I would like to request a replacement copy for my lost National Certificate (NCII) in Bread and Pastry Production. I took the assessment last August 30, 2019.

We would still need to request you to further clarify your request. Please give the certificate number, the assessment center and city where you took your assessment.  On the other hand, you may call 88102540, TESDA NCR RoD, for faster transactions.
