Good day!

I would like to request for Tesda Transcript of Records (AY 2006-2008) I studied NC2 computer technology under TESDA Accreditation  at Filipino Academy of Scientific trades. The school has ceased operation ,and not under by HEI  (as checked from CHEDRO).

If you have no record however , I would like to request for certification that school has already ceased operation and they have offered TECVOC courses.
