Hi, I would like to raise a concern regarding my school documentation request.  I requested to school on April 17, 2023, and just found out that they just sent it to Tesda last May 8, 2023 and the status is still processing. It's been 2 weeks since they sent the late request, this delay will highly affect my next step in other processes before employment. Kindly help on what action can I do for them to release it the soonest.

As part of the process I am supposed to file for CAV of my Diploma and TOR to TESDA Office, to my surprise I found out that the course that I earned last 2015 is not registered. Instead, the school issued me a Certificate of Training which is not fair since I earned the Diploma back in 2015. Please help me with this issue, the school is not cooperating properly.
