Dear Sir/Madam, 
Humbly asking your help in obtaining a copy of my TOR. The PWU Cagayan de Oro City branch has already closed. I've been consistently following up on my docs with the main branch of the school, but sadly they cannot provide me with a copy. I really needed my TOR as I have plans to continue my study while working. And most of the jobs I'm applying for are asking for proof of school documents. Please find the ff. details below for your ref.
