Hi! I'm OFW and currently living in Doha. Please kindly assist me to request for certified true copy of my TOR and diploma certificate that I graduated 2 years in Catanduanes Institute of Technology Foundation Inc. and unfortunately the school is already closed. I urgently need those documents to send to WES Canada in sealed envelope with stamped and signed by authorized personnel of school. Looking forward to your immediate response.
