Hello, Good afternoon, I am an employee of TESDA under Salvador Trade School. I would like ask for a financial assistance that would help me lessen our expenses in the hospital during my hospitalization.   Please, I need your help because we are on financial unstable because of the expenses we faced.

You asked for Cash Assistance for Covid 19 Patient.

The request is not within the scope of documents that need requests for access of information. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, please consult with the Regional office of Region X, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Isidro S. Lapeña at odg@tesda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
