Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

This is to inquire if there's any issued IRR on EO77 in pursuant to Sec21 of EO77?

If there is such IRR, can I request for a copy or link?

This is also to clarify if the JOs/COS working at your agency is entitled for Travel allowance or DTE.
