I would like to request for a summary or matrix of the expenditures of the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority from its corporate funds for the construction and development of the Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, showing the amounts, scope of works, dates of disbursement, and name of supplier. Also please include the legal bases (Board Resolution) for the appropriation made, and copy/ies thereof.
Kindly also provide information on scopes of work or items that were not installed or completed for the ICC, to include the fits-out and audio-visual system.
