Good day Sir/Ma'am, 

I am a student of EARIST Manila, currently taking my thesis subject in the program of BS Architecture.  

I am fascinated by how tourism can be a huge influence on one country's economic status. In the process of selecting projects to study, I learned about your funded project back in 2015 and developed quite an interest in the postponed project.

I am hoping that you can disclose a little information about PTCC, its goal, objectives, project components, and hopefully a glimpse of the master plan (if it is not a subject for non-disclosure matter) for the sole purpose of research.

I believe that your proposed project would be a great help on our economy and deserves to be studied and importantly to be realized.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 14, 2021 10:41:29 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Information about PTCC or Philippine Travel Center Complex. However, the TIEZA Architectural and Engineering Services Sector has informed us that project was included in the suspended projects  due to the reallocation of funds to support the National Government in handling the COVID-19 Pandemic. Hence, there is no available plan (architectural and detailed engineering design) for the said project.
