Good day! I am a 5th-year architecture student from the University of Santo Tomas. I am currently in the process of conducting my architecture undergraduate thesis project located in Rizal Park. 

I would like to kindly request a copy of the Rizal Park Complex Comprehensive Tourism Master Plan (as referred to me by NPDC) and other design guidelines followed for Rizal Park development.
