Hi! I want to request the following datasets:

1. Daily Number of Emergency Department (ED) patient visits at the Philippine General Hospital from January 1, 2012, to the current date.

2. Daily Number of ED new patient admissions at the Philippine General Hospital from January 1, 2021, to the current date.

They will be subjected to various machine learning techniques to be able to forecast future values.

Dear EFOI Requestor,

Greetings!

Upon coordination with our Health Information Management Division, we were informed that the following data is available at the said office:

1. Daily Number of Emergency Department (ED) patient visits at the Philippine General Hospital from January 1, 2012, to the current date.

2. Daily Number of ED new patient admissions at the Philippine General Hospital from January 1, 2021, to the current date.

Please be informed that prior to the approval of your request,  you are requested to comply certain requirements in order to conduct research in PGH. 
Initially, you and your team need to seek endorsement from the UP Manila Research Ethics Board.  It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph).  Subsequently, you also have to register to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO) via online. Once appropriate clearances have been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the request to proceed.  

For clarification and other inquiries pertaining to the conduct of research in PGH, the EHRO can be reached at telephone number 8554-8400 local 2064.  Its office is located on the second floor of UP PGH.
