I would like to request a copy of the number of staff and doctors in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine.

This will be used for academic research purposes only.

Dear EFOI Requestor,  

Prior to the conduct of your research in PGH,  we would like to respectfully recommend seeking endorsement from the UP Manila Research Ethics Board.  It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph).  Subsequently, you are also requested to register to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO) via online. Once appropriate clearances have been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for your request to proceed.  

For clarification and other inquiries pertaining to the conduct of research in PGH, the EHRO can be reached at telephone number 8554-8400 local 2064.  Its office is located on the second floor of UP PGH.
