Hello! I would like to request for the facts and figures, annual audit report, and supporting financial statements of Pasig City General Hospital and Philippine General Hospital from 2020 to 2023 (up to 2022 if 2023 is not available as of the moment). These reports are to be used for research to support my Strategic Management paper for my MBA degree in ASMPH

Dear Mr. Felizarte,  

Good day.  

Prior to our endorsement of your request to the Accounting Division of PGH,  there are certain procedures being implemented in PGH that you and/or your team need to undertake.   Since PGH is under UP Manila, research protocols and data gathering procedures that are currently implemented in UP Manila are also being observed in PGH.  

We would like to first recommend seeking endorsement from the UP Manila Research Ethics Board.  It can be accessed online through the UPMREB website (reb.upm.edu.ph).  Subsequently, your team needs to register to the Research Grants Administration Office (RGAO) via online. Once appropriate clearances have been obtained, the PGH Expanded Hospital Research Office (EHRO) will issue a permit for the request to proceed.  

For clarification and other inquiries pertaining to the conduct of research in PGH, the EHRO can be reached at telephone number 8554-8400 local 2064.  Its office is located on the second floor of UP PGH. 

We would also like to request if you could further narrow down your request to the specific items of the Annual Audit Reports since the said documents covers all Accounting aspects of the hospital.
