Please provide raw data without PII of cancer patients in PGH on the following on a monthly basis:

1. Vaccination status/date of vaccination for covid-19.
2. Age.
3. Kind and stage of cancer. 
4. Onset of cancer.

Upon verification with the PGH Cancer Institute, we regret to inform you that the collective data that you are requesting pertaining to the Vaccination Status of Cancer patients in PGH, specifically the following data:

Vaccination status/date of vaccination for covid-19
Age
Kind and stage of cancer
Onset of cancer

is not available in the Department.  However, should you have any concerns or clarifications, you may wish to contact the Cancer Institute at telephone number 8554-8400 local 4100.  Kindly look for the assigned Administrative Officer who can assist you with your queries.
