Good Day! I would like to request clarification about my grades which is so low due to missing an exam paper. Mr. Niel Edward Mula is the instructor of our subject, Calculus 1. I took our Final Exam last January 30, 2023. Mr. Mula gave me a grade of 2.75 and he said that I missed the Final Exam, which is confusing because I took the Final Exam on time and submitted it to him. He gave me a grade of 2.75 because he said maybe he misplaced it. I would like to clarify how Mr. Mula derive a 2.75 rating without him seeing my final exam. Hoping for clarification on this matter. Thank you.
