We kindly request the most recent Construction Materials Price Data (CMPD) in the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region X, Philippines, for the following time periods:

1. For the 3rd Quarter of Calendar Year 2023.
2. If available, for the 4th Quarter of Calendar Year 2023.
