Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1) Dean's Lists for all semesters from SY 2012-2017 WITH corresponding status 'column' on Dean's List Refund (claimed or unclaimed)

And also a digital copy of the BOR Resolution No. 39, s. 2011 dated August 5, 2011, the resolution that approved the Undergraduate Student Handbook 2011 Edition containing stipulations about Dean's List Refund.
