Hi, I am taking up right now a Masteral degree at The University of Makati. I will be using the information for my thesis, and it wants to know the number of Certificates of Proficiency that MARINA process every year for the position of Electo_Technical Ratings, and this will also translate to the population of new Electro-Technical Officers that we have in the Philippines.
