Good day! I am a 5th year architectural student from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, currently working on our Architectural Thesis for Design 9. I humbly request for the information of the following needed for our study:

1.) Top 5 Provinces in the Philippines with the most number of Filipino seafarers based on birthplace and based on residence in 2023

2.) Number of Accredited Maritime Training Centers/Institutions in the top 5 provinces

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested provided by the MARINA - STCWO and MARINA - MISS.
