Good day! I am a 5th year architectural student from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, currently working on our Architectural Thesis for Design 9. I humbly request for the information of the following needed for our study:

You asked for Maritime Training Institutions.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested provided by the MARINA - Manpower Development Service (MDS).
However, please note that the Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) System can only store data relating to the personal information of the seafarers (i.e name, age, sex, date and place of birth) and the MARINA SRB/SID Processing Center where such documents were issued to the seafarer. Hence, the said data can be considered insignificant to the request for the number of registered seafarers per province in Luzon area covering the period 2021 to November 2023, as per MARINA-MDS.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to LEGAL SERVICE at 9th floor MARINA Building, Bonifacio Drive cor. 20th Street, Port Area, Manila/ ls@marina.gov.ph.
