Hi,

I am an OFW working in Diving Industry both in inshore and offshore, i am a diver with a technical knowledge of operating a diving company in the middle east. In the past decade Philippines was far behind of provider in the maritime industry. I am requesting this info because am planning to open a diving services that will cater a vast requirements in our booming and robust shipping industry. This information will be included in my Business Plan to be submitted in various bank to support my application of financial support to materialize this business dream.
