Hi! Good day!

I would like to request information regarding the requirements for Seaman's Record Book for Fishermen onboard domestic and foreign vessels. Likewise, I would like to ask if the basic safety training required from fishermen different from seafarers. Is it compliant with the STCW-F or only for STCW?
