We would like to request the following data on the practice of time chartering in the cargo shipping industry:

1. What percentage of the total cargo shipping industry currently offers time charter as a service?
2. Number of companies offering time chartering service in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022
3. Average industry rates charged for time chartering? (for dry bulk carriers, break bulk carriers)
