May 24, 2023 Dear Bryan, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Document to support our study: , “Assessment and Documentation of Biodiversity, Ecosystem, Ecosystem. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance and upon careful evaluation of your request, we found out that you are also a member of the group research of Mr. Julius Ivan L. Caballero, and we are now in process of securing your requested documents from the concerned departments. Since you are already part of Mr. Caballero's group, your request is "Denied". We denied your request on the basis of our FOI Manual under item 2.4 of Section 7. Standard Procedure, to quote "2.4 REQUESTED INFORMATION IS SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL TO THE PREVIOUS REQUEST: Should the requested information is substantially similar or identical to a previous request by the same requester, the request shall be denied. However, the FRO shall inform the applicant of the reason of such denial." Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Leonor C. Cleofas, Administrator>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
