Hi, I am a PHD student that is working on creating a case study on the Bulacan Bulk Water Project. May I request the following documents related to the project: 

1) Information memorandum released during the bidding as initial information available to prospective bidders (this was released for free during the bidding process).

2) the government's feasibility study on the BBWSP. 

3) the signed Concession Agreement between the winning bidder and the MWSS

Rest assured that the documents and MWSS shall be properly cited in the case study. Thank you.
