In line with my Last Pay from my previous company Golden Brew Marketing, Inc. located at A.S. Fortuna St., Banilad, Mandaue City, I would like to seek assistance in your good office. Since, over a year they didn't pay out. Even in constant follow through until this Month December 2023 HR Xela didn't answer my calls and even HR Levy blocked my number. Their action's makes me irritate.

Alternatively, you have the option to file a Request for Assistance (RFA) with the NLRC through the Single Entry Approach Program (SEnA).
Single Entry Approach (SEnA) is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure of all labor issues or conflicts to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes or actual labor cases.
For in-person filing of the SEnA RFA, kindly visit any DOLE or NLRC office (preferably the nearest to your location) and request the form. Fill it out and submit it to our SEnA Desk Officers.
For online filing, please visit nlrc.dole.gov.ph. Click on SEnA e-RFA services, fill out the online form, and proceed with submission.
