Hi, maaari po bang malaman ang proseso at requirements ng pagsa-submit ng complaint laban sa non-remitting (PhilHealth, SSS, PagIBIG) employers? Mahigit 2 taon pong hindi nagre-remit ang employer na ito.

Dear Jayson Flores,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 14, 2024 05:07:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Maari po lamang ipagbigay-alam sa mga kinauukulan (PhilHealth, SSS, at Pag-IBIG) ang hindi paghuhulog o remittance ng inyong employer para maverify ang status ng inyong contribution.

Maaari rin po kayong maghain ng Request for Assistance (RFA) sa NLRC sa ilalim ng Single Entry Approach Program (SEnA), kaugnay ng inyong isyu sa trabaho o labor dispute. 

Para sa personal na pag-file ng SEnA RFA, maari po kayong magtungo sa anumang opisina ng NLRC (preferably ang pinakamalapit sa inyong lokasyon) at magsumite ng SEnA accomplished form na ibibay ng aming SEnA Desk Officer.

Para sa online na pagsusumite, mangyaring bisitahin ang nlrc.dole.gov.ph. I-click ang tab ng SEnA e-RFA services, sagutan ang online form, at i-click ang submit.

Mangyaring maglaan din ng oras para punan ang feedback form na ito. Ang impormasyon na ibibigay ninyo ay makakatulong sa amin na mapabuti ang aming FOI process.
