hi Ma'am/Sir,
if our entry of justice case releases a certificate of finality, what will do next, and how many months will it take to get our requested payment,
thank you.

Dear Aristotle V.Villajuan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 13, 2023 04:35:47 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In response to your inquiry, upon receiving a certificate of finality, the next step typically involves the enforcement of the decision or award. To pursue the collection of payments or other remedies granted in the decision, the prevailing party must file a motion for issuance of writ of execution before the Labor Arbiter.

The duration for obtaining the requested payment after receiving a certificate of finality can vary significantly based on multiple factors, such as the complexity of the case, the cooperation of the involved parties, the specific enforcement mechanisms required, and various administrative processes. Thus, consulting with your legal counsel on this matter is essential.

Thank you.

Respectfully,
