I just filed my case to NLRC yesterday Oct. 20, 2023.
i would like to request for Certificate of Pending Case as needed/requirements to get also Certificate of Involuntary Separation and get to avail SSS UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT, my core request for all this.
