Regarding your request for information on labor cases against IT-BPO companies, as of today, there have been 604 cases filed with the NLRC since 2017.
We are providing you the attached file for your reference.
Due to the confidential nature of the cases and in compliance with the NLRC Rules of Procedure and Data Privacy Law, we regret that we cannot disclose the titles of these cases to individuals who are not parties to the cases

Hi, Ms. Kathy! We appreciate the response.
However, we have additional inquiries regarding the documents.
1. Can we also request for a more specific nature of the case like illegal termination or violation of a specific law of the listed cases?
2. For clarification, under the "Won by" column, does "Labor" means the Laborer while "Management" refers to the company?
