Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated October 21, 2023, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We regret to inform you that your Request for a copy of the NLRC Ruling on the Employment Status of Food Panda Riders last December 2022 for research purposes is denied.

Under Section 8 of Rule XIII of the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure, as amended, only parties to the case and their counsel and authorized representatives can access case decisions, resolutions, and orders of the Commission. Documents, records, and deliberations involving private rights shall be confidential.
