Violation of Employment - Floating Without Notice
Company Name: Fusion BPO Philippines
Address: 7th Floor, Robinsons Cybergate, Fuente Osmeña, Cebu City 6000
Greetings in the name of God the highest!
Last Sep 19, 2023, Fusion BPO surprisingly sent us home as they claimed that the client decided to shutdown but this was never communicated officially and not proven to be true. Employees were advised that we will be placed on floating status with automatic No Work No Pay. This was done without following the 30 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE requirement.

Kindly look into the activities of this organization.
I was the Operations Manager of the account that the company allegedly shutdown. This all came as a surprise even to my level. No official information was downloaded to me but they immediately started issuing floating papers to employees without the 30-days notice with my name on it as approver. Employees including myself was immediately tagged as inactive and no longer getting paid.
Employees were treated like trash, sent home in the middle of their shift and placed automatic on "No Work, No Pay".
They have recently closed couple of accounts and talks have been circulating that they're about to change name to avoid taxes similar to what they did back when they were still called as SUPPORT SAVE.
I was advised to start via new project a week after the said closure, reported to office and within the day was sent home and was advised the following day that they overlooked and failed to obtain approval for the offer they presented to me. This cost me a lot for my lodging and the likes. I was not advised of my employment status till Oct 6 and have not been getting paid till today Oct 13, 2023.
HR and Leaders have not been responsive to concerns and kind of more pushing people to resign to make it look more of voluntary.
We badly need your help here.
