Hi! Good day.. Please help me to follow up my labor case against my former employer the company is Star 8 Green Technology Corporation, a Foreign Company.
I filed a labor case against my former company for the ILLEGAL DISMISSAL that they did to me last January 4, 2023. Their actions is on the spot to dismiss me without any notice first.
September 15, 2023, NLRC Muntaparlas office where I did filed my complaint submitted the papers to the Main NLRC located in Quezon City. The frustrating part is until now the assigned Labor Arbiter decision on the case not yet made. Help me to know the status.
