Your request You asked for Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Plans and Programs. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the documents you have requested. We have verified with our Building and Grounds Division the Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Plans and Programs that you have requested . According to them, we may not be able to provide you the requested documents because it is still in the process of creation in cooperation with the MDRRMO-Baliwag. The DRRM Plans and Programs must be created in coordination with the MDRMMO-Baliwag. A workshop regarding the contigency/disaster plan was scheduled last May but was cancelled due to the community quarantine. I would attached the letter from the MDRRMO regarding the said workshop.
