Hi I would like to ask regarding the loan term agreement of my deceased grandmother ROSARIO Q. BANTILAN entered with the KKK program during Marcos era. the loan was disbursed and repaid thru Development Bank of the Philippines.

1. Does she still have an outstanding balance?
2. Was there a collateral?
3. What was the interest rate per annum?
4. What was the duration of the loan?
