I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST ON ANY UPDATE REGARDING THE CPCS?
THE SALARY OF THE TELLERS ARE VERY VERY LOW COMPARED TO PRIVATE ENTITIES AND YET THE CPCS IS TAKING YEARS TO IMPLEMENT.

September 1, 2021

Dear Mark John ANGELO PIRA,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 26, 2021 11:23:59 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In your request, you asked for the status of the CPCS. Unfortunately, the information you need is not in our department. For GOCCs, the regulatory agency supervising us and responsible for the development of the CPCS is the Governance Commission for the GOCCs (GCG). Just like you, we are also waiting for the issuance of the new CPCS from the GCG.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested. However, you may wish to contact the GCG at feedback@gcg.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.

For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://efoi-ph.appspot.com/help.
