Dear Jeffrey Valeroso,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 12, 2020 09:22:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Response to your request

Please be informed that the Corporation was only acquired by the parent bank DBP in 2008 and it only offered finance leasing opportunities for marine vessel at that time. It was only after amending it's corporate charter that DBP was able to operate as a full leasing corporation.

To date, DBPLC has no record of any leasing or financing product extended to the ABS CBN Lopez family. You may contact our parent bank, DBP for your request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact FVP Zandro Carlos P. Sison, FOI Receiving Officer of the Development Bank of The Philippines at 8818-9511, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency at info@dbp.ph.
