Good day, 

I am a valued Union Bank customer, and I have successfully registered for a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card linked to my Union Bank account. However, despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to access the mobile app using my login credentials.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as it is crucial for me to access the app to manage my Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card transactions effectively. I have already verified that my login credentials are correct and have also attempted to reset my password following the app's instructions, but to no avail.
