Dear FOI officers,

I would like to request information regarding the outputs of the 2022 R&D projects conducted for the FOI-PMO under Procurement/Contract No. 2022-PCOO-I-030.

In particular, I'm interested in any documentation (potentially in research paper format) of the two studies under the project, titled (1) "Improving the identification of the appropriate government offices when asking for information" and (2) "A time and motion study of FOI requests in the elctronic FOI portal".
