Hello! I would like to request for the above mentioned document. Presently I am an Admin Assistant to a Private Company and one of my assigned tasks were obtaining Real Property Tax and Business Permit Taxes. The Municipal halls started the increase in valuation of Land Properties last year and I tried to ask for a copy of their updated Revenue Code and/or City Ordinance supporting the increase. Unfortunately, I wasn't given anything. They kept saying that "nagtaas kasi talaga" without giving the tax payers their references to this. 
If I were given a copy it will be a great help to me.
