Hi & Good day, to whom it may concern! I would like to know the information regarding the following:
1. What are the laws pertaining infringement, specifically in the business field?
2. What sanctions can be filled if ever someone copied our business' logo and name?
3. How could I patent my business product and its name? For instance, I made an unique coffee beverage and I'd like to patent it. What laws and the process I could do to patent my invention?
