Dear Ms. Alaina Tria,

With regard to your request for a list of manufacturing companies lodged through the FOI portal, our Office of Strategy Management (OSM) assessed that the information requested requires an immense data retrieval from our existing databases. May we advise that you give a definite scope of the requested information on intellectual property. Moreover, since intellectual property (IP) is a private right, not all manufacturing companies existing in the country are mandatorily required to have their IPs registered with IPOPHL.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not readily have the information you have requested. However, you may also use our existing databases for patent and trademark accessible through our website 24/7.
