Hi! I would like to secure a copy of the January 25, 2011 Memorandum of Agreement between the IPO and the National Library which supposedly deputizes the IPO as a receiving office in relation to copyright registration.

Officer 03:45 PM, Apr 28, 2022

Dear Ms. Capati,

Your FOI request for a copy of the Memorandum of Agreement deputizing the IPOPHL to receive copyright registration has been referred to the concerned Bureau, and is currently being processed.

Per standard procedure on processing FOI requests, may we also confirm the specific purpose or reason for requesting said issuance?
